Exercise the Body, Mind & Soul


After many years of teaching "high-impact" aerobic classes, jogging, and just living a very physical life, I thought my body could really benefit from the stretching that yoga provides. I've also been a bit hyper and could benefit even more from the meditative aspects of yoga, so I started taking classes more frequently.

It wasn't until I started taking Aerial Yoga classes and fell in love with it that I felt it was time to get yoga certified. I obtained my 200 hours of training the beginning of 2020 at Country Flow Yoga, the same place I took my first Aerial class. A year later I got certified to teach Aerial Silks. I've gained enough knowledge and respect for the art of yoga to realize I have a lot to learn and consider myself a novice in this practice.
